At ADV, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and hassle-free return or exchange process within 30 days of your purchase. Please note, international sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return or Exchange an Item:

1. Check Item Condition: Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.
2. Contact Us: Email us at help@advtennis.pro to start your return or exchange. Our support team will guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping Fees:

• A $20 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund for all domestic returns.
• Exchanges for store credit are exempt from this fee.

We reserve the right to change this policy in the future and/or to deny claims/returns based on suspected fraudulent activity.
